This return and refund policy is only for items purchased at our online store doubleaauctiononline.com. The items purchased at an auction are “as is” without returns.

A return will only be accepted with a return merchandise authorization (RMA#) received from us. The return fee will be paid by the buyer and must be received by the seller within 14 days of the original order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.
If a return is approved, refunds are issued back in the same method as the original payment. (PayPal or Square)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
